All of your customer data is sitting inside the SuperReceptionist call logs and CRM panels. But the raw information is not sufficient. You need to get various cuts and reports out of it. How do you get that?
Our custom reporting engine is capable of doing many of these things and much more. We can do various mix and matches of the call data and the customer data to get you exactly what you want.
However, there is no self-configuration engine available yet for developing custom reports. You will have to ask and we will create it for you. But remain tuned. We are going to have the self-service custom reporting engine come out very soon.
