We are glued to our smartphones and we check our emails instinctively. SuperReceptionist can be configured to send you a daily digest at the end of the day. This is a good way to keep you updated on what is going on with your customers.

There are various things that you can get in the email reports. Let’s start with the basics. You can get the daily call volume, trends, calls by the type – inbound, outbound and missed. You can tell the customers who have been calling you repeatedly. You can find out the number of followups that were missed and the number of followups that were generated. You can tell the call volume and the on-phone timing of each of the agent. This will allow you to know when you need to increase the number of the agents in your call center so that you can maintain high quality and resolutions of the customer problems.

You can enable or disable the email reports from SuperReceptionist settings menu. You can visit support to do so
