Welcome Our New Head of the Family, Our CEO – Mr. Yatish Mehrotra

Isn’t saying goodbye always been difficult?

It leaves us with sour emotions and also hope. Hope in our heart to see them reaching milestones in their future endeavours.

Recently, with a heavy heart, we bid goodbye to our Founder and CEO. He is always going to be a part of our family, and we wish him more success in his future ventures.

But as they say, the show must go on! We needed a new head of the family to guide us towards the path of success and triumph.

Appointing, a new CEO for any company, is a significant decision. Significant stakeholders and heads come together to decide the fate of the company. They want capable hands who can take forward the legacy and nurture its growth and reputation with full dedication.

We, Knowlarity, made one such big decision.

Our hunt for a new head of the family ended with appointing Mr Yatish Mehrotra as our CEO.

We are very excited to share this news with the world and give him a warm welcome as he starts this new journey with us. We hope this journey is full of more ups than downs.

In his role, Yatish will work on the company’s overall business and growth strategy. He will also leverage his extensive domain experience to drive expansion and profitability for us.

Meet our New CEO- Yatish

An alumnus of IIT-BHU, Yatish has over 25 years of experience mainly with telecom operators, holding leadership positions. Before joining us, Yatish was associated with Tata Teleservices Ltd as the Regional Head for its South GSM business, where he rose through the ranks to become the Business Head for the company’s Consumer Business. He has also served as COO of Airtel (Karnataka Circle) – a position he held for more than six years. Before that, he worked at Escotel (later acquired by Idea Cellular) in various capacities across the business, marketing, and sales functions.

By heading our company, he aims to create more market-oriented communications solutions and set new benchmarks for technological innovation in the cloud communication industry.

Our Achievements So Far

Our last year’s progress report indicates an aggressively expanded business footprint. We are now stronger than before in the global cloud communications domain.

We are currently the only Indian cloud telephony enterprise listed on AppExchange, the business app store of Salesforce.com, Inc, and are also managing business communications, cloud telephony, and end-user assistance services for the California-based cloud computing enterprise. Our flagship product, SuperReceptionist, is now integrated with Freshdesk Mint. We have also acquired Sunoray Solutions, a Mumbai-based cloud telephony startup.

With our innovative communications solutions also powering the business operations of several other industry-leading enterprises worldwide, the appointment of a renowned industry stalwart such as Yatish will only accelerate our platform’s growth momentum in the future.
