During the recent Cricket World Cup, the company saw a huge opportunity to promote its app through a fun campaign. A Cricket Challenge was designed to accurately predict the scores and win free rechargers. A Toll-Free Number (to be displayed in various media channels) was required to carry out the challenge and reach out to people all over the country.
Knowlarity’s TollFree Number was the perfect solution for this campaign. When a customer called the number, an IVR played the question according to the match scheduled & the response from the caller was saved. Once the call got disconnected, an acknowledgment SMS was sent to the caller containing a promo code- ‘CRICKET’ and a link to download the app from the online store.
As many as 36,406 calls were made on the published Toll-Free number between 21st Feb & 29th March. A total of 11,065 calls were received solely for the Indian Matches. With the average call duration of 40 seconds, the participation was quick.
